1. Agreement
By using dynamotorimports.com or purchasing a vehicle from Dyna Motor Imports, you agree to these terms. Dyna Motor Imports is a kei truck dealer based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
2. Vehicle Listings
All vehicle descriptions, photos, odometer readings, and specifications are provided in good faith based on information available at the time of listing. Vehicles are sold as-is consistent with their disclosed condition. We recommend all buyers conduct a physical inspection or arrange a third-party inspection before purchase.
3. Deposits
A $1,000 CAD deposit is required to reserve a vehicle. Deposits are non-refundable once the vehicle has been pulled from active listing and held for the buyer. If Dyna Motor Imports is unable to fulfill the sale (e.g., vehicle damaged prior to delivery), the deposit will be returned in full.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice until a deposit is received. Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs are estimates; the final quote is provided per enquiry.
5. Shipping
Canada-wide rail shipping is arranged by Dyna Motor Imports at the buyer's expense. Vehicles are insured during transit. The buyer is responsible for collecting the vehicle from the nearest rail terminal. Dyna Motor Imports is not liable for delays caused by the rail carrier or weather conditions.
6. Registration and Inspection
All vehicles are imported in compliance with Transport Canada's 15-year rule. The buyer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their province and ensuring it meets local inspection requirements. For out-of-province buyers, an Alberta OOPI inspection is not accepted in other provinces — the buyer must complete the out-of-province inspection in their own province upon receiving the truck. Dyna Motor Imports will assist with pre-inspection preparation where possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
Dyna Motor Imports' liability is limited to the purchase price of the vehicle. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use a purchased vehicle.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
