We started Dyna Motor Imports because we saw a gap: Canadians discovering kei trucks online but nowhere to see, compare, and buy one in Western Canada. We fixed that.
Why We Started
Kei trucks have been a staple of Japanese farms and construction sites for decades. They're small, capable, fuel-efficient, and built to last. The 15-year import rule means these trucks are now fully legal across most of Canada — and demand is growing fast.
Most sellers in Canada are brokers: they don't hold inventory, they take your order and import from Japan. That means 2–6 month waits, unpredictable condition, and no chance to see what you're buying before you commit thousands of dollars.

Our Process
Every truck we sell has been inspected and passed an OOPI (out-of-province inspection) — or we pass it before delivery. We describe every truck accurately. If something is wrong, we tell you upfront.
We're based in Calgary, Alberta. Our showroom is the only place in Western Canada where you can walk in, compare multiple kei trucks side by side, and make an informed decision.
